Privacy

We collect two things: the eleven intake answers about your household, and the email address used for delivery and support.

Use

Intake answers are used to assemble your deck and to maintain the job library in aggregate, non-identifying form. They are not sold and not shared with advertisers.

Payment

Payments are processed by a third-party provider. Card details are never stored on our systems.

Retention and deletion

Intake answers are retained so a deck can be rebuilt on request. Ask through the contact page and your records are deleted within 30 days.

Advertising measurement and cookies

HANDOFF uses Meta Pixel (1108741331512110) to report page visits to Meta Platforms for advertising measurement. Meta receives the page URL, IP address, browser and device information, and advertising cookie identifiers. Meta may link these visits to activity on its services according to its own privacy policy. This installation does not send intake answers, email matching, customer lists or purchase events, and automatic form-data collection is not enabled by our code.

In regions requiring consent, and when your region cannot be determined, the pixel remains blocked until you accept advertising cookies. Elsewhere it may run by default, but we honor saved refusals, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Essential cart and checkout functions do not depend on acceptance.

Cookie settings lets you accept, reject or withdraw permission at any time. Opening settings does not change your choice. Withdrawal stops further reporting, including in other open tabs, but does not erase data already received by Meta. Visits blocked before acceptance are never replayed.

We store your privacy-choice history in this browser, including a random visitor reference, your region, the date and time, the notice version and text, and the choices offered. Later withdrawal preserves the earlier acceptance record. Clearing browser storage removes this history and resets your choice. Meta's use and retention of received data are described in its privacy policy.
